Come get your hoop on! Yes, your hula hoop...... Burn calories, sweat, and laugh! The American Council on Exercise proved in a 2011 study that Waist Hooping burns over 400 calories per hour, and as many as 600 when the arms and legs are engaged. Come see what everyone is talking about!
You must try this workout! This 1 hour fitness class feels a lot like playing, but delivers INTENSE results! Join us for obstacle courses, relay races, and lots of laughs! The class will combine hula hoop fitness for tummy toning (one of the fastest ways to tone your abs!), Aerial Fitness (swinging & toning on silks and fly gyms) for one of a kind muscle sculpting, Bosu Balls for balance and stability, as well as several other fitness props such as resistance bands, exercise balls, and light hand weights. Each class will be slightly different so you can achieve optimum results! We will end each class with a relaxing stretch. Please bring a towel, yoga mat, and light hand weights if you have them:) Come play!
